SBM 2009 R1.03 sends out the Notification mails with some missing mail header information for DBCS which causes garbled e-mails. (NOTE: Smart e-mail client e.g Outlook can handle this problem properly because Outlook has auto detection mechanisms.) This problem can be solved by adding following 2 lines to the MAIL HEADER area
