SRA has been set up to connect using SSO where NT challenge response is being used for authentication. The problem is that logging out of SRA doesn't actually logout but puts the user back at the Home screen.
An item triggers a notification that has 2 email responses on it: Accept and Reject. When the user logs out of SBM, and then clicks Accept, they get the SBM login screen with the message "Session has expired", and the item is not transitioned.
