An ampersand "&" within application name or the "End User help" text breaks application help in user interface. A blank window shows up rather than the help window as expected and no workflow diagram shows.

The SBM installer will allow itself to run on unsupported platforms, which then causes problems later - for example when running Configurator. The value of this property is a comma separated list of font files names. There are several font files that are used by default, but if you want to add some new languages for scheduled reports (PDF documents only) that are not supported by default, you must specify the font file name and location if it is not already there (normally C:\ windows \fonts for a Windows OS).
