Items are show in the "All Items I Own" report for a user, even though the user is no longer the owner of the items. This can happen if the user was in a group that was secondary owner of items and the user is removed from the group.
It is not possible to expand individual listing report items from the default collapsed state. If one hits the plus sign next to an individual item in such a state of report, nothing happens. If the whole report page is expanded by hitting the 'Expand All ' command , only then an individual item can be toggled between expanded and collapsed states.
If you run a Listing Report and an item takes more than one row, due to the length of one of the data columns, then there is typically a very small icon at the extreme left of the row. This is to expand or contract the display to show more lines or fewer, depending on the current setting.
Run the report and then select Requery. Each time the report is requeried, it will mutliply the number of duplicates. For example, 10 items to start, click requery then 20 items , click requery then 30 items , etc.
If your listing report has first column as owner and HTML5 on then if you select the link it just shows loading and does not respond. With HTML5 off it takes you to email the owner but your are unable to open the item .
If you have a listing report which sorts on a single relational field and this single relational field happens to be set to (None) in all Items covered by this report , running this report will return nothing. The message returned will read : Now showing 0 - 0 of 0
If you upgrade to SBM 10.1.4 and SRC 5.1 then if you use a multi-table report for "My Requests", this no longer works correctly. The report will only show items from the last Process App in the list and all other items from the others in the report are missing.
If you attempt to schedule a listing report which contains calculated fields, then the spreadsheet sent to the user contains the same value for every item in the report .
