If your listing report has first column as owner and HTML5 on then if you select the link it just shows loading and does not respond. With HTML5 off it takes you to email the owner but your are unable to open the item.

Through SBM User Workspace, open the submit form, and click on 'Get help for this Application'. The workflow help should open but it is just loading a Blank page.
If you put an Image Control on your state or transition form and set the Image control's behavior to "Perform a Transition" but also put a Form Action on the form that disables the image when the form loads but you can still click the image and the transition will happen.
