SBM 10.1 - 10.1.1.3: How to generate new signed certificate trust keys for SBM and copy them to additional servers as needed (Generating SSO certificates)
When SBM components are installed across multiple servers, each server must have matching signed certificate trust keys. This allows the servers to communicate with each other. If the certificates don't match, you could see any number of problems.
When clicking the plus sign , "Show Subtasks", "Expand All", minus sign , or "Hide Subtasks" in the Subtasks section of an item's state form, the whole form will reload and the user will be brought back to the top of the form. This requires them to have to navigate back to the Subtasks section if they want to view the subtasks.
Once a self signed certificate is added to the Security - SSL Integrations section in configurator you can not over write it again later using Configurator.
It is not possible to expand individual listing report items from the default collapsed state. If one hits the plus sign next to an individual item in such a state of report, nothing happens. If the whole report page is expanded by hitting the 'Expand All ' command , only then an individual item can be toggled between expanded and collapsed states.
On a listing report if you have a calculated column which results in a negative value then the number of days is missing. Example: If a positive value e.g. "NOW minus submitdate" then the calculated column is correct but if the reverse is done e.g. "submitdate minu NOW" then the days are missing and the "-" sign is on both hours and minutes.
