If an Oracle database goes off line (during backups , for example), the SBM server will try to re-establish the connection for about 20 minutes and then fails to try any further. It is expected that SBM will try periodically until the database comes back online, however, this is not the case with the Oracle for SBM Driver / Oracle.
Either uncheck this at runtime or you can change this via the report template and you can change the default as follows. Please take a backup of the file before you do this.
Workaround (ensure valid db backup is present): Assuming eclipse project "foo" has been shared into stream prod:bar but it is not showing as a single eclipse project. 1) get the uid of prod:bar
