Error changing product access type for user when there are no free seat licences
If seat based licenses are being used and they've all been used, then when trying to change the product access type for a user an error message may be displayed in the Administrator portal. The message says " The x seat licenses for Regular User and Managed Administrator accounts are already allocated, so those product access types are not available for the new user" The message is not correct as a new user is not being added but just an edit of its access type is taking place.

SLM: How do I activate my license for, or move (rehost) my existing license keys to a new license server?
Simply copying the licenses from the old system, or not doing anything after a virtual machine is moved, will render the existing licenses invalid. Without valid licenses the SLM server cannot launch, and as result products trying to use this sever will throw errors like:

New SBM Eval install gives no license for user
When installing SBM 10.1.2 and the sample database on a machine that has never had SBM or TeamTrack installed on it, the evaluation license server information is not set correctly. The user is unable to log in to the User Workspace, and the Event Viewer gives the No license for regular user error .

Cannot access SBM if you are using seat licenses and have too many users configured
Beginning in SBM 10.1 and the introduction of the Application Administrator, user accounts are no longer managed in the SBM System Administrator. If you receive the seat license error in a version earlier than SBM 10.1.1.3, contact Customer Support for assistance is resolving this issue.

(2) The AE database information is correct and testing the connection is successful but the database has not yet been created in Administrator (typical for a new install if sample is not used). Again putting a valid file or license give no meaningful error and does an iis reset and clears license information and marks as an error . This should give a meaningful error that you need to create a database in the administrator.
