Periods in Login IDs can cause problems if Request Filtering is enabled in IIS
|
When a Login ID in SBM contains periods and you try to perform an action that will pass the Login ID as part of the header's request URL, the ISAPI filter on the IIS server will grab it believing that you are requesting a file with a specific extension with the extension being whatever follows the last period in your Login ID. This only seems to pose a problem if the customer has Request Filtering enabled in IIS where you have to create an "allowed" list of file extensions that can be requested.

Work Center Smart Search - Index update is too slow

In large SBM installations it can take hours to index updated /submitted items. On some occasions, it can be longer than 10 hours. During this time, users are unable to find newly submitted items.

Work Center report widgets only displaying half of the ones chosen. Error messages on widgets not working.

When Work Center is open to a customer’s custom dashboard and has multiple reports open in multiple report widgets, only some of the reports will be shown. Customer has approximately 6 report widgets open in his Work Center every times he logs in . On average, only 2 or 3 of these reports will be displayed.
