SBM checks if there are sufficient seats to support the number of active users at startup. Any user that is not flagged as Deleted and has an Access Type (Product Access) other than None is considered to be active . If the number of active users does not exceed the number of seats, SBM starts up, otherwise it will not.
. If the user does not logout or closes SBM by closing the browser[2] then the license will be released after 60 minutes of inactivity plus up to 12 minutes for License Manager to get around to cleaning up freed licenses .
When SLM (a.k.a. the Serena License Manager) is installed on a new system, or a virtual machine is moved, the existing license keys have to be rehosted before they can be used again.
Out of the box, you cannot build a report that shows information about the Manual Tasks and also information about the related Release Packages. However, you can use the SBM Advanced XML Report feature to create a special report.
