There is a lot of stuff in their Temp directory but they forget to change the default Destination Directory location when attempting to view or extract. How do you change the default setting?
A problem was found recently where by under certain conditions, users may submit an scr via Tracker inet having set the value of a choice field to a particular choice and when they view the record in regular\classic Tracker Gui, the value of this choice field is different from that displayed in Tracker inet. If a customer reports this problem please confirm the version of Tracker and most importantly the database type and version and see a senior member of the Tracker team.
Double clicking the group, then clicking on 'User,' does not display the users in the Administrators group. It does not give an option to display or modify the users.
The State field is important because it keeps track of information within Tracker and changes the icons for the records (an open record displays an open envelope, closed record displays a sealed envelope).
Currently, only Choice and Date fields are displayed in the pull-down menus since there is no available way for a report to be made out of the other types of field in PVCS tracker. -Alex Ichinoe PVCS Anwerline
