This is expected. The new VM I-Net Web Client interface uses an SBM web service to obtain file association information, and this web service does not exist prior to SBM 10.1.
The reason this will not work is the order that services start on the web server workstation (i.e. first the system bios is loaded, then the WEB server service is started then the network services). Hence the problem. The WEB service is started before the networking service and the WEB service can not see UNC or network drives.
