If the path to the Version Manager installation directory contains a space and 8.3 filename support is turned off in the operating sytem, pressing the Install NT Service button in the Version Manager Application Server Admin utility, or manually executing PVCSInstallNTService.bat , will fail to install the Serena VM Web Application Server service.
