IDE: Enabling logging with the Rich Integration to the Eclipse workbench

To troubleshoot issues with the Rich Integration to Eclipse with VM, the Apache log 4j logging services can be configured to capture helpful information. In the installation directory for VM, under the /vm/integrations/eclipse/plugins/com.serena.team.core_3.1.0 folder, there is a file named "log4j.properties

NT Services normally do not know about mapped drives, since they do not " log " a user in and process that user's profile. As such, any drives that are normally mapped when a user logs in will not exist for the NT Service, which means that any path reference in the PDB metadata relying on such a mapped drive will fail.
