Can no longer apply labels from PCLI script if the value has to be double-quoted
As of VM 8.4, if a PCLI script contains the Label command and the name of the label is enclosed in a pair of double-quotes (to deal with spaces in the label name), the command will fail with an error similar to: 11:06:05 Jan.06.11 [Error] (Line: 1 of file: "ScriptFile.pcli") Invalid Version Label "

PCLI script to automatically add new files and check-in updates to existing files
remove files from the repository that it can no longer find in the workfile location, so it in that sense it does not perform a true Sync operation. Information on how to use the script is contained within the file, near the top.

PCLI ListRevision command no longer works if quiet mode (PCLI_QUIET) is enabled
This problem was discovered when PCLI scripts were executed in quiet mode, using "pcli run -q -sSomeScript.pcli ...", which then broke the scripts because the ListRevision commands contained in them no longer provided the required output for the scripts to operate on.

VM I-Net (web client) users can no longer perform module associations with TeamTrack or SBM after installing JRE 1.6.0 Update 22 (1.6.0_22) or newer
This problem can be triggered by having a domain name mismatch between the domain name that was used in the URL to access the VM I-Net server and the domain name that is returned for the IP address of that server. As of JRE 1.6.0_22 this is deemed to be a security violation (cross-site scripting attack), and access is blocked unless there is a special file that indicates which cross-site scripting is allowed.
