CMS-XML Access Database (ACDB) is corrupted if user in group is deleted by a user administrator without the ADDGROUP privilege
As a workaround, give the users performing user administration the privilege ADDGROUP (" Add Promotion Group "). In the ACDB file shown above, this would be done by adding this privilege to the privilege set "User Administration".

The problem can be caused by a network that has an LDAP server that is sometimes inaccessible or unresponsive. Even though a 30 second (default) timeout exists on the LDAP configuration in Version Manager, this timeout is not honored in all scenarios.
