Error: Unable to open project "foo". Another user may be updating part of the project such as the list of all files in the project. Wait a few seconds then try to open this project again.
While trying to view the installed applets for a VM 8.4.5 web client, by going to /vminet_install.html, the text "Please wait for the applet to finish loading..." never disappears in some IE browsers. The brower's status bar (bottom left of window) shows "Error on page." Accessing the details shows an error similar to:

This happens because one of its threads is waiting for a response from the File Server, but that component has already shutdown. In that scenario, the corresponding process (Windows: java.exe or tomcat.exe, UNIX: java) has to be killed by hand.
