This issue was fixed in VM 8.6 by changing the library search path such that OS libraries have precedence over the ones Version Manager provides, removing the need for the installer to conditionally delete files. Users of VM 8.5.x who are experiencing this issue should delete (by renaming) the file vm/common/lib/linux/libfreebl3.so and confirm this solves the problem.

subdirectory w/o 1st identifying the subdirectory in the Archive directory search path box, you will get the above error msg. Solution is to make sure the path to the archive is complete [in the Archive directory search path box] down to the directory before selecting the file. Christopher Roth
