This has been reported to Development. Workarounds: Before clicking on the "..." (ellipsis) button, change the "*.*" at the end of the "Add Workfiles From" field to "*", then click "..." and from that dialog click OK (not Cancel). OR After clicking "..." (ellipsis) explicity select all the files you want to add and click OK.
