The "Exclude Initiator" flag on email subscriptions doesn't appear to be working. The email subscription for Pending Request notifications was set up and it was noticed that when a user creates a request, and the role on the first lifecycle transition is $ORIGINATOR, an email is sent to the same user saying that there is a request in the inbox. This is not expected given that the " Exclude Initiator" flag is set on the subscription.
