When a new user is registered as a user of Dimensions CM, depending on configuration settings, it is possible that the user may receive an email similar to the following. The problem is that the message sent may be incorrect depending on the user's platform and the site configuration.

Some users who should be receiving Dimensions email notifications are not getting them, while others with same exact role are.
CMS-XML Dim9: Having the Pending Flag off doesn't stop all emails from being sent
Normally having the pending flag disabled prevents actioned objects from appearing in the relevant pending lists, as well as not sending e-mails to users with the appropriate "non-pending" roles. However, an e-mail is generated when the relationship between and item and change document is altered due to a Checkout operation and these are being sent to any user that would "normally" have the item in their pending list, disregarding the setting of the "pending" flag.
CMS-XML Dim: Emails are off by two months, instead of March the send date shows January
Since the 1st of March 2011 all emails sent by Dimensions have a date/timestamp of exactly two months in the past, os instead of "01/03/2011 14:00" it shows "01/01/2011 14:00"
