For an Action event of a Request both the pre and post op events give the pre-op state value in the ptrObj->status. E.g. If a request is actioned from Raised->In Work. Then the status value of the object structure should be be Raised in the pre-op and In Work in the post op, however both events return Raised.

After upgrade to Dimensions CM 2009R2, a user written event trigger that is being called twice for VALIDATE when a Create Request (CC) operation is performed. The subsequent pre-op and post -op events are each called once as expected.

When a user deploys a request with a post-event script and the script doesn't run correctly then the state job of the request is stuck at "executing" and the job is at "submitted". The next set of deployments for this area will then not run. Is there a way to make the job of the request completed ?
