This solution will work if the variable, DM_SSL_TRUST_CERTS_FILE, is set to %DM_DFS%cacerts.pem. To fix the above error and if you are using an SBM SSO Server which has SSL enabled, you will need to export the JBOSS certificate and it's certificate chain into a PEM format so that it can then be moved to the Dimensions CM Server $DM_ROOT\cm\dfs\cacerts.pem file. Here's what you will want to do:
