The error message occurs after Developer 6 is installed on a PVCS Dimensions client when the user runs Process Modeller or any other tool that requires the ifrun60.exe runtime.
The Java Plug-in could not be detected. This web application requires Java in order to function correctly. Please enable Java in your web browser if the Java Plug-in is already installed, or
[. . .] under Windows NT, you are not permitted to create the library on a remote node. You must login on the required node and run the command locally to create the library on that node.

This alternative syntax is not shown in the remainder of this guide, and the user must understand implicitly that it is required whenever the command is used in this way. This release does not include the fixes and enhancements in Dimensions 7.1.1.0 so it is necessary to first install 7.1.1.0 before installing this update. The installer will automatically check the required version is installed. This Service Pack cannot be applied to a Dimensions 7.2.x release.
