This known issue occurs when the Project Office product will not start, and displays two successive error messages when running in a Microsoft Windows NT Server 4.0 Terminal Server Edition environment. Error Message #1: ODBC can't load theresource \WTSRV\System32\ Error Message #2:The ODBC installer DLL (ODBCP32.dll) is not installed on this system.
