By default, after 20 minutes of no activity, the client's browser session will timeout . When the user tries to change to another view after the timeout, he will be prompted to login. This document will explain how to change the timeout value.
When using web services, the GetInvestment method does not get the last update time. This causes the session to timeout , even when there is activity happening.
