When a user logs into PPM, it tracks the currently logged in users in the PES_LoggedOnUser table. Occasionally, the table will get out of sync and any web service calls will return error:

Beginning in PPM 10.2, if the nightly post job runs into an error, you will see a message in PPM on the System Settings | Scheduled Services screen. The message will say something like:
