If you use the Windows Authentication provider the point of it is to automatically log you into Mariner as the user you're logged into windows as. That works fine the 2009 R1 version of Mariner but it works too well in that if you have more than one connection setup so you would normally be able to pick which database to login to on the login screen you are now not even offered the choice of db's and just logged straight into the first one in the list.
