If you have this issue with the install open the Services are in the Administration area of Windows and look at the following two services. Pacific Edge Notification Processor Pacific Edge Scheduler
CMS-XML WebApp.log shows "No connection exists for: ConnectionName" but that connection name doesn't exist on server.
You login to Server B where this a connection named "Acme" When you go to the Setup | Configuration | Envrionment Settings | Notification Settings screen on Server B the Notification Server setting may be pointing to Server A still thus causing the error on Server A to show because this computer doesn't have access to the Queue on the other server . Make the Queue on Server B point to Server B

On the Mariner web server , navigate to the Mariner Notification Service folder. By default, this is C:\Program Files\Serena\Mariner\NotificationService.
