When some users attempt to login via SSO, they receive the following error: Web Services "[URL_TO_GSOAP sbminternalservices72]" returned an error: "java.lang.illegalArumentException". The SSO-IDP. log shows the same error.
On Windows 2008 if you manually try to edit the web .config file with Notepad and aren't logged in to the computer as the Administrator account you may need to open Notepad as administrator. If you right click on the Notepad icon in the start menu there should be an option to Run As Administrator. When you open the web.config file with notepad running as an administrator you should be able to just save the file without being prompted to "Save As" a different file name.
The following change will cause users logged into Agile to be kicked out of their session and be forced to login again so make this change in off hours. Open the web.config file in the following default install folder. C:\Program Files\Serena\Agile Planner\Agile\web.config
Log into Mariner/Agile. Go to Setup | Configuration | Environment Settings | Notification Settings. Set the Notification Queue Server Name to be the name of the Mariner/Agile web server machine (do not use localhost).
