You see the following error when troubleshooting the Agile to SBM integration. "Unable to find selection operand value: XXX" Where XXX is the name of the item type that is trying to be created .

Web Services "[URL_TO_GSOAP sbminternalservices72]" returned an error

This may be an issue with the way users were imported / created in SBM. Perhaps, this is caused by an upgrade from an old version of TeamTrack. Check the TS_TIMEPREFERENCES column in the TS_USERS table in the Application Engine database for the user. The only valid values for TS_TIMEPREFERENCES are 0 or 1. If you have any other value in TS_TIMEPREFERENCES, replace it with a 0 or 1.

External mashup events give error in alfeventmanager.log.

The problem is if you use the Mashup Event tab on a Nofication Definition. You can create a Notification definition for things like Item Add, Item Update etc and when you fill in the Mashup Event tab you can tell it the endpoint url and event name.

NOTE: If you chose to add the IUSR account to the IIS_IUSRS group you must restart IIS for the change to take affect. You should now be able to create the connection with the Admin tool.
