When someone uses this URL, it will ask them to login (if they are not already logged in) and then show the item on the screen. There is also a "Return to Backlog" button at the bottom. This will take the user into Agile in the backlog where this item is located .

How to Reset the User Settings

The purpose of clearing the user settings is to allow the user to continue working on other views or with other dates. To fix the root cause of the error, we recommend that you take a backup of your database BEFORE clearing the user settings. Then, open a support case ( support@serena.com ).

If you do a search for a work item and get some results back. You can right click on one of the items and one of the options is "Copy URL" Clicking on that link should just copy the url to that item to the clipboard which it does but it also opens a window to that item. Why?

You can attach, check out, check in, update, and view the files just find . But, you cannot enter any of the supporting information. In other words, you can't enter a title or description.
