When opening Documents Manager Administration, PPM Administration, or Agile Administration tool error "ConnectFailure.; Unable to connect to the remote server"
The ItemManagement Web service operations GetWorkItemChangesForTransaction and GetWorkItem return the User's first and last name for Resource type attributes. This prevents the replication of these data type fields to other tools, which use the login ID, including SBM and the Agile Connector .
Those seem to work fine wether you have Single Sign On (SSO) turned on in SBM or not. These are predefined external notifications with names like AgileWICreate, AgileWIUpdate. These were built specifically for the Agile to SBM connector .
This might be helpful in troubleshooting setting up connections using the Agile Administration tool or when you're generally not able to connect with the Agile Administration tool to create a connection.
