Identify a domain user account that has access to the UNC share. Add this account to the local Administrator group on the Mover server . On the Mover server open the Properties of the Merant-Mover-Tomcat service or Serena-Mover-Tomcat depending on the version of Mover and select the Log On tab.

VM I-Net, Dimensions I-Net, Collage, and Mover all use the Tomcat Application Server to render their UI. If two or more of these are installed on the same server, the Tomcat installations will attempt to use the same TCP ports. This conflict will prevent one of more of them from running . This document details how to change the TCP ports to prevent conflicts.
