CMS-XML Mover cannot deploy from VM File Server based Project Database when VM 8.2+ is installed on the Mover system
PCLI and the desktop client GUI installed on the Mover system have no problems using the same path. (Should either of those fail, the problem is related to the File Server configuration.)

To get around this problem : Modify the file C:\Program Files\Serena\ChangeMan Mover\vm\runvmcm.bat Find the line that says:
CMS-XML MVR: Get UnknownException at line 634 in WIN32/Tip/src/ProjectFileAPI.cpp error when doing VM Move.
Try running Mover as an application instead of as a service and try the same move. If you don't get the error then you know it's a permission problem with the user account that is running the Mover Tomcat Service.
