Click the "Enable Serena Business Mashups Security Authentication" check box In the Username/Password fields use the same SBM user that you use in the "Auth" sections of your SBM Web Services. The username specified on this screen is only used to login to the SSO server but the actions performed by the web services will still be performed by the username specified in the Orchestration Workflow steps.

Rest grid widget produces an internal server 500 error when accessed.

In some cases, the rest grid widget will produce an internal server 500 error from IIS. This is due to the gsoap and tmtrack virtual directories conflicting with each other on start up. To resolve the issue, we suggest you allow the gsoap and tmtrack virtual directories to use the same application pool in IIS (usually the default application pool).

Troubleshooting IIS 500 Internal Server Error when accessing Business Mashups

Turn off the "friendly HTTP errors " in Internet Explorer, as it can hide a more meaningful error message from displaying. To do this, open IE, then open the Options dialog. On the Advanced tab, deselect Show friendly HTTP error messages.
