Error "File or assembly name Serena.Consulting.BHP.DateMath, or one of its dependencies, was not found."
This error will happen if you are trying to open a project that has been upgraded to a newer database schema version than Mariner. In other words, if the database has been updated for use with Mariner 2008 R2 Patch 2, but Mariner itself has not been upgraded yet and is still running version 2008 R2 Patch 1.

The database schema must be updated to match the version of Mariner to which you are upgrading. This is an incremental upgrade process. You must migrate the database to Mariner 2008 R1 before migrating to Mariner 2008 R2 and, you must migrate the database to Mariner 2008 R2 before migrating to Mariner 2008 R3.
