When a Login ID in SBM contains periods and you try to perform an action that will pass the Login ID as part of the header's request URL, the ISAPI filter on the IIS server will grab it believing that you are requesting a file with a specific extension with the extension being whatever follows the last period in your Login ID. This only seems to pose a problem if the customer has Request Filtering enabled in IIS where you have to create an "allowed" list of file extensions that can be requested.
When SBM has Auto-logout enabled, and the configuration is not using SSO as the login handler, the 60 minute license-timeout clock is reset to the time the user is logged off as opposed to leaving it at the time of their last activity.
When Work Center is open to a customer’s custom dashboard and has multiple reports open in multiple report widgets, only some of the reports will be shown. Customer has approximately 6 report widgets open in his Work Center every times he logs in . On average, only 2 or 3 of these reports will be displayed.
If you go to my activity view in the work center all items even submitted today are appearing as OLDER. If you want to reproduce this issue go to SBM DATE/TIME Options and change the format from mm/dd/yyyy to dd.mm.yyyy (24-Hour Clock) sigout from workcenter and login again and check the items' list in the Workcenter.
SLA completion date is updated if Item is moved back into one of the SLA clause end state (without having passed through one of the start states of the SLA).
Under specific conditions the Serena Request Center > Requests tab and Approval tab are showing the date qualifiers for the following as undefined : Last Week This Week
