CMS-XML Workflow diagram from "Get help for this Application" does not render the states on IE11 when HTML5 and Windows (NTCR)
When HTML5 and Windows Domain (NTCR) with Windows Authentication are enabled in SBM Configurator, the "Get help for this Application" screen will show the workflow diagram. However, only the transition arrows will be displayed. The states are not shown in the diagram. This is only a problem on IE11.
