This is happening in the IE9 and 10 as well as in the latest version of Firefox. If the window is not expanded then there is an overlap of the details | social

However, only the transition arrows will be displayed. The states are not shown in the diagram. This is only a problem on IE11. This feature works just fine on IE 10 .
CMS-XML SBM10 - Missing scroll bar when selecting default value for a dependent field
Currently the scroll bar is set to a fixed position at about 1050 pixels. If your browser window is smaller than 1050 pixels then the scroll bar will not display. Also having your screen resolution at 1024x or smaller will cause this problem as even at maximum size your browser will be smaller than 1050 pixels in width.

Send E-mail pop-up window doesn't show the 'Send E-mail', 'Cancel' and 'Close' buttons in Firefox 10 without scrolling down. On IE 8.0 they are shown only half way. This is when the Send E-Mail is activated from the Item Detail area.
