1) Open any submit form. 2) Enter data into some of the fields, including a rich text field. 3) Before submitting the item, click the link in the top right to "add link directly to your quick link folder".

The problematic urls are the links to the external application. The url is generated by the external application, that includes the reserved words. Example as below.

CMS-XML Clustering SBM Application Repository with Serena Service Manager
If you install Serena Service Manager 3.0 after creating a JBoss cluster that includes Application Repository, the SSM files are not copied to the proper folder during the SSM installation. To work around this problem, you must manually copy the SSM files after the SSM installer is finished. Note that you must run the SSM installer on each Application Repository node and perform the steps below on each Application Repository node.

Ensure that the resources.xml file in the \SBM\Common\jboss405\server\default\deploy\mashupmgr.war\data\fr directory contains the same set of strings as in the data\en directory , but translated into French. There are strings missing from the version that is shipped with SBM. Remember also, that as this is an XML file, you must use entity definitions for non-xml characters.
