When using FireFox as the default browser, when clicking a link from an email notification that opens Work Center, it takes about 4-6 seconds to open. When clicking a link to classic, it only takes about 2.
If the URL that is embedded in the message has expired, the user must login to SBM and at that time a license would be used. You configure the expiration time for the token in the Notification System Settings tab in the Notifications view of the Mail Servers tab in SBM Configurator.
