If the relationship service will not start and you have errors similar to the below in the following log then you have probably changed the database that Configurator is pointing to. See resolution below.
If you run a search (normal or advanced) and the results returned are more than one "page", then navigations links are provided to go forwards/backward in the list of items. If you then switch to Printable View, the navigation links are not available. The only workaround is to return to the set of results, use the links there and then select Printable View again.
Relationship between two CIs cannot be created in Relationships tab if the 'Related CI' is searched for by hitting the Find button and searching for a specific string. Upon such an attempt the following error message comes up : "You must have a valid relationship to submit". If the same value is selected in the 'Related CI' by hitting the Find button without entering a search string , i.e. once all 'Related CI' values have been returned, the relationship can be submitted/created.
