The templates can be downloaded from the Knowledgebase - see S138127. They should be copied to the installation directory \Application Engine\emailtemplate\notificationtemplates and a PUT FILES performed from the System Administrator.
Field missing from email notification. If you have a field value in a notification email template and that fields name contains a comma it is missed from the email .
c) At the very top of the email window, click the option called "Click here to use your preferred e-mail client". d) Enter some text and send the email. e) Update the default email template from here: C:\Program Files\Serena\SBM\Application Engine\emailtemplate\useremailtemplates\default.txt and save changes.
