A license will be set for clean up once the user clicks the Exit link in the interface; in SBM 11.4, simply closing the web browser will act like clicking the Exit link in the UI. Clicking this link should return the user to a landing page. If clicking this link logs the user back in (because you are using Windows Authentication), then we need to change in setting in [1]
IIRF generates log files with filenames decorated with process id. This results in a new log file getting created every time IIS is reset and a user logs into WorkCenter. Currently we do not have mechanism to clean up old log files which will result in filling up the Application Engine/log directory with iirf.out.#.log files (where # is a process ids) and so log files need to changed to have a single file or remove the procid.
When trying to open the Field Overrides tab in SBM for a workflow, the Composer crashes. This can be caused by trying to do an override on the field and there being clean local cache for the Process App and any referenced Process App i.e. Process App has not yet been saved on this Composer yet.
On our SBM systems (promotion source, orchestrations) there is a lot of garbage data under windows\temp that belongs to SBM but is never cleaned up. This adds up to multiple GB in space on a busy system (promote, deploy) in just a few weeks.
There is no workaround for this issue except removing all the "style" attributes from the formatting tags, by disabling rich text option for these fields or clean up markup in field
Customers might see intermittent instances of orphaned items in the TS_NotificationEvents table proving that events associated with the notification were not cleaned up when the notification was deleted via the admin tool.
