CMS-XML Some deleted assets are permanently removed from Process App
Introduced in SBM some asset such as states and selections are permanently removed from the Process App . These should be marked as deleted but still be visible in case you would like to undo your changes.

In Application Repository before SBM 10.1.5 it was possible to select multiple versions of a process app (holding the CTRL key + click) and then purge all selected versions in one go. This functionality is no longer available in the new SBM 10.1.5 AR user interface.

After a notification is deleted and the process app is promoted, the deleted notification shows as active in the new environment. The same is true for any snapshot. The snapshot will also contain the deleted notification.

After making all the changes in staging and getting everything working, you may promote the process app . However, the notifications that were deleted in staging are still in production. The systems should match after a promote.

When you execute the renew clear command, it drops ODE tables and process folders on the node from which it is run (e.g. node1); however, other nodes in the cluster will still have process folders after you run the command. This means your process apps can become out-of-sync.
