Advanced reporting - views to internal tables gives error when try to filter on these values - Error: Request Failed. Please contact your administrator
If you have an Advanced Distribution report with some types of Search Filters, columns that are added in the 'Drill Down Display Options' do not show in report preview. If the said report is saved it runs fine until one tries to drill down into it and then an error message is thrown, along the lines of :
This would give a distribution report tabulated by the User field selected for the Service Request Application. It would show the count (which can be drilled down from) of violated items for which the SLA became active in the last 30 days. The SQL should be adjusted according to other criteria or Applications as required.
