If one changes a Notification Rule in any way, for example by adding a new Condition, the TS_ NOTIFICATIONRULES .TS_UUID for this particular Rule will be reset to NULL When one tries to promote following warnings appear in the log : "WARN -- Import: Missing UUID for 'ACHD Merchant - External contractor XYZ' in node 'Rule'."
