CMS-XML DMCM 12.2: Action description for previous action can be edited
Using Dimensions 12.2, a user gets a request in their inbox and actions it using the wizard, entering a comment which is entered as part of the action description for that action. The problem is that this action description is treated as being for the current action and not the previous action, meaning that the comment entered can now be edited by any user with the request now in their inbox.

It's not possible to deploy a Request when the Request Deploy To Area privilege has been updated so that the first rule is active i.e. "Object is in the user's inbox or user has current role". Looking at the User Roles and Privilege screen the option is ticked indicating that the user does have the privilege so it's not being recognised.
