CMS-XML SDA: WAS plugin Update step doesn't appear to be performing a Save operation
A customer using the WAS (WebSphere Application Server) Update Application plugin step to update an application found that it didn't appear to be doing anything at all i.e. no changes were seen in the target application, even though no errors were reported in the logs from SDA. At the top of the log you can see that after the Update there is definitely a Save operation:
CMS-XML DA: "Windows could not start the Agent Relay on the Local Computer. For more information, review the System Event Log. If this is a non-Microsoft service, contact the service vendor, and refer to the service-specific error code 0"
8. Select the user you want to grant logon service access to and click OK. 9. Click OK to save the updated policy. Enter the user account name including domain path to run the service as (for local use '.\' before login ), by default w
CMS-XML DA: Changing component template value does not change URL
When changing a component that uses template A to use template B the repository URL field is not updated. When selecting the other template in the "edit" form the repository URL field is updated, but after saving it reverts back to the old version, whilst the template itself is changed.
CMS-XML SDA: Environments are not re-ordered correctly
When navigating away from the environment tab within application and returning to the environment tab, SDA 5.1.3 reverses the display order of the environments. The original selected (and reported as saved ) order is correctly preserved on the Gates tab within application.
CMS-XML SRA 4.5:DEF247198: Group Name changes are not propagated to object default permissions
The Settings / Default Permissions, shows the new group name. Looking inside an application / environment / security tab, the original group name is still displayed. Deselecting the ticks against the group in Settings / Default Permissions, ensuring that unselection has been saved then going back in and re-applying the ticks does not propagate the group name changes to the application / environment.
CMS-XML DA: After upgrade to DA 6.3.3 we cannot see options for Execution or Deployment History Cleanup
4) In the right-hand, click on the pencil icon to the right of the group you are using, e.g., Admin 5) If it is not already checked, check the box next to "Clean Execution History", then click Save 6) Repeat steps 3 through 5 for Environments and "Web UI".
CMS-XML Agents don't appear online after a server upgrade to Deployment Automation version 6.1.1 or higher
Within the JRE, navigate to: jre\lib\security. Find/edit a file named Locate the line that starts with jdk.tls.disabledAlgorithms. If SSLv3 is in the list of disabled algorithms, remove SSLv3 from the list and save the file.
CMS-XML SDA: Error "This version cannot be deleted because it is in use by the following" when deleting component version history
These details are stored in SDA and can be used to help you during an audit. When a deploy happens and the execution history is saved , a link the to component version is also saved . You can see this from within the application, go to the History and select a deploy (using the eye icon).
CMS-XML DA: Accented characters are not being preserved correctly when inserting data into tables using the Oracle SQL*Plus plugin
The key to preserving character information is for the NLS_LANG environment variable to be set correctly in the shell that runs the agent. For example:
CMS-XML DA Agent log contains: Cannot allocate memory, Cannot allocate large pages
Java HotSpot(TM) 64-Bit Server VM warning: INFO: os:: commit _memory(0x0000000085200000, 1430257664, 2097152, 0) failed; error=' Cannot allocate memory' (errno=12); Cannot allocate large pages, falling back to regular pages
